Member Ranks - How not to get kicked

The way this works:

Probationary Member: In order to get out of Probationary Member status - you must be registered on forums ( if you're reading this, you're good so far). Must get to 100 contribution (guild quests). Be active. These are required to move up to Honorable Member.

Honorable Member: This is considered permanent member status. If for any reason you become inactive (everyone has a life outside of FW so it happens but if you don't make it aware by posting that you will be for an amount of time) if you do not contribute, if problems are caused due to you - an officer, at their discretion after talking to you and trying to resolve the issue - can demote you back to probationary member which is your first warning to smarten the f!@!!!k up

If you still do not try to correct the problem as probationary member, you will be kicked.

Has Been Removed From The Guild: Self Explanatory - Dont let the door hit ya in the ass on the way out

Member: Will only be used for when we create squads for GvG, events, etc.


Also if playing around and it is agreed by both guild members that you are pk'ing eachother in a friendly way - that is fine HOWEVER no pk'ing any guild member on a trade run. We KoS other guilds for doing this to our members so we will not allow our own members to do it either. This will be an automatic kick from the guild.

We don't want to see anyone be removed from the guild and we will never kick anyone without a valid reason and warning prior to. If not sure of something ask an officer and/or members...everyone here is always willing to help:)

Please respect all of our members in the guild as well as our officers. Officers all have the same ranking meaning if one of them says something please respect it and listen to what they have to say. Otherwise, it may end up with a permanent kick from the guild. We are all very laid back and want everyone to have fun HOWEVER we will not tolerate anyone disrespecting our members and/or our officers.

And last thing - we want a drama free guild so no drama within the guild or in guild chat. Easy to do if you respect your guild members and if you have an issue with anyone or want to discuss something take it to a pm with who you need to. There is enough drama in real life we all don't need it brought into the game as well.
